When Dr Neetu and Dr Amit moved to Australia, they brought with them a heartfelt belief that had guided their work for years — that every patient should be cared for like family. That simple yet powerful philosophy became the heart of Ashmore Smiles.

Their shared commitment to detail and comfort, especially in complex and surgical treatments, continues to shape the warm, trusted culture that patients feel the moment they walk through the door.
How We Became “Smiles, Not Just Teeth”
The path wasn’t always easy. Starting fresh in a new country, building trust in a local community, and meeting head-on the fears many feel about dentistry — each step taught us something.

- We learned — from colleagues, from patients, from evolving best practice in dentistry.

Along the way, we also built a team that believes in our philosophy: Kelly, our practice manager and senior dental nurse, brings structure, warmth, and a steady hand to every day. Kristy, our dental assistant, delights in small victories — a child’s first calm visit, a nervous patient smiling after treatment. To them, every person who walks through our doors matters.
